Delivery took quite some time and the shoes were supposed to to come with a box and when I finally received them they came with no box. No issues with the sneakers themselves — the condition and authenticity were accurate. However, I made 3 sneaker purchases during the same live stream on 5/2, and all 3 shipped on different dates, with the last pair not even making it to the post office until 5/14.
I tried reaching out to the seller multiple times through DM just asking for an update on my orders, but my messages were ignored. I ultimately had to get Whatnot involved because the seller simply does not respond to customers.
A simple courtesy message letting me know shipping would take nearly 12 days would’ve gone a long way. The sneakers were fine, but the shipping and customer communication experience was terrible. Gonna be completely transparent about my purchases from this seller, and they may block me for this, but hopefully they do better for the next customer.
