Fast shipping 💨 Looked at reviews and was excited to buy my first jersey from Hockeytown. However, when it arrived, there were several discrepancies that were not mentioned by the seller and not obvious when I reviewed my video receipt. Jersey had a tear at the bottom, bleach/chemical stain that faded away some color on the back shoulder and lettering, and what appears to be yellow cooking oil stains.
Had the seller disclosed this information during the auction and shown the jersey up close, I would not have purchased. If you’re going to sell an item “as is”, then at least tell your buyers what’s wrong with the item so they can make an informed decision to swipe or not. Good afternoon, I apologize your experience with my show did not meet your expectations
