Arrived from Florida to Texas still slightly frozen! I was able to unthaw everything within a reasonable amount of time and still make dinner for the night! Lucas and team have a forever customer in me! I wish I could rate each product separately, but since I can't seem to figure it out, all I can say is Holy Crab THIS IS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD! I really want to order from HCD but the $60+ overnight shipping has me hesitating. Regardless, I would order from them on a regular basis if I could! I won the Cafe Calderon on May 27th. It was overlooked and I received it on June 22nd. The seal had been compromised. It looks like it was resealed more than once as the seal was burnt through, so lost of air in the package. I will not hold any of this against the seller as it was a givy. I am excited to grind the beans and try the coffee. I am excited to convert my Dunkin obsessed family. Wish me luck! What they showed me was a long thick meaty piece of fish. I received a small piece of fish, not bigger than my hand that looks more like snapper than grouper. Looks nothing like what I was shown. Im so disappointed. Im from Florida and can't get conch and grouper up here, so I thought I found a new connect. With the amount of money I spent you would think they would do better. I wish I could attach pictures. So disappointed! very good product and fast shipping The delivery was scheduled for Tuesday by 10 pm. I received on Wednesday at 4:00 pm. the outside of the box was soaked and the order, 2 lbs of Alaskan King Crab and 5 lbs of cooked shrimp, was practically melted. both the shrimp and the crab legs were no longer frozen. this was very disappointing. UPS messed up delivery and holy crab went above and beyond to fix it!!!
