I ordered 2 items, one was great, the other is there reason for this rating. I ordered a summer storm begonia that was listed in the shop and shows a blue leaf in a pot with many leafs as a plant. I received a red leaf wrapped in plastic to keep the roots wet. it was not the color listed nor the product. I reached out to the seller and they never even responded to me. I will never buy from or recommend this seller to anyone. the only reason it has 2 stars is because my other plant came a advertised in the shop. I was waiting to give a review to this seller due to my plant arriving in a concerning shape (roots and damaged leaf) which I get leafs get damaged through shipment not a big deal. I had went to her first with my concern and told her I would give it a few days to see how it does before leaving a review, I also stated some other concerns regarding growers choice, and the plants she shown in the live. She came back at me and said I was attacking her🙄 (I never even said anything hateful,mean, rude, uncalled for) sent me a refund when I never even asked for it, so thanks I guess. This seller blocked me just because I came to her with concerns. I’m giving this seller 1 star based on herself alone, not so much the plant, she’s rude and she comes back aggressive for no reason just because your concern, she just snapped back and put all the blame on me. She’s a weak seller who can’t handle confrontations, she fast to put the blame else where and block you. All of my plants arrived healthy. Shipping was super fast. Will buy from this seller again. How about a courtesy message? Found out after ordering, there are multiple reports of SCAM & FRAUD on the seller all over Facebook and Internet for selling “Variegated Imported Corms” all of which turned out to be Green Regal Shields. After all the courtesy & understanding I showed her, finally received an “I am sorry” on the box otherwise it was rude “Sorry if my best efforts are not good enough for you”. What a horrible person, bad seller and a proven Scammer. Check FB Patrol groups for yourself. Unbelievable that WhatNot has banned her. The plants that I did get were great and appropriately priced.
