I immediately contacted the seller (same day as I received it) to request an exchange/refund. This was back on October 17. since then, for THREE WEEKS this seller has been giving me the run around, claiming that they "will ship it tomorrow" and "will send me a tracking number in the next few hours". They said they were moving warehouses, etc, etc. I waited because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, but as of this morning, Nov 8, NOTHING--no message, no tracking number, no communication. I've told them I wouldn't post a review and would wait so they could make it right, and have given them MULTIPLE opportunities to do so. I am beyond frustrated and absolutely will not be doing business with this seller again, and I'll also be contacting WhatNot to pursue the matter. Thank you. I them really fast.
