They are kind, caring they take pride in their work and their business you couldn’t ask for a better seller to be on the platform. i have always had great dealings with hoosier but recently I purchased two pillows and some candles in this order.Both pillows smelled so horrible of mildew upon opening.I put them in the washer to see if I could get rid of the smell using some regular soap and water and the smell is still there.I'm going to have to throw these away. the ghost pillow actually looked like it had mold growing on it. On a positive note, the candles were really sweet...!If you would have reached out to us we would have gladly refunded you. We checked the items as best as can. We are human and make mistakes. I’m puzzled how something smelling so bad got past 4 people before shipping it out. ALWAYS five+++ shows, merchandise, and shipping. It's a package deal! 🫶
