After the auction was completed a few days later I received a message stating that they could not send my items because the shipping was too expensive. I ended up having to pay an additional $90 in shipping to receive my items and to get them to print the label. The items were in decent condition. The packaging was mediocre at Best. The box was open when I received it because there was not enough tape on the box.Thank you for your feedback. I do want to clarify that before any additional payment was discussed, I had already reached out and was actively trying to resolve the shipping issue on my end after the cost came back much higher than expected. I never asked you to cover the extra shipping — you immediately offered so the order could still be sent. I appreciate that.
