According to the instructions, I should also have a cotton core and an empty refill bottle. Recently, I got the Mini Pro with no refill bottle. The seller seemed irritated because I asked her if she had a refill kit or pro pod. The first time she said “will have but not now” (paraphrased). A few nights later I asked again, and was met with “NO I do not have them.” Then she said an expletive and continued with her auction. I had bought the car model, have a mini pro, a car diffuser, and a Kube. The Kube came with everything and a bottle of scent. I wish I could remember the name of the diffuser oil, but I loved it. It smelled so fresh!
I won’t bother to buy from this vendor again. I certainly don’t want to bother her because it appears she doesn’t like questions. All she had to say was to contact the manufacturer. She may be in the wrong gig since her customer service skills are lacking. Very nice room spray. This one shipped separately from the rest of my stuff and took longer than usual. I still received it in perfect condition. One candle (Star Wars) melted in the box
