I am so sorry to hear you are disappointed with your order. I do source all of my jewelry from other resellers on here and in other places, but never new from apps such as SHEIN or Temu, as I do not feel they have the loved affect of pre-owned jewelry. I do make sure to show every aspect and detail on all pieces so that my buyers feel comfortable bidding at what they see. Please message me so that we can come to a resolution!
