Bought one of the rings bc they said it was synthetic opal. It was a cloudy blue stone. I tried to reach out to them over the next few days twice and received no response. Had to contact WhatNot. I was issued a refund. I bought multiple things from them and overall was only satisfied with 1. I will never shop with them again.
