Reviews (61)Was super excited to be receiving these scones for the purpose of how they looked they gave a creepy gothic feel which I loved. Just received the box 30 minutes ago and made it through the extra united state postal boxes and shipping envelopes to get to the last box all the see the candle holder were snapped/broken off so they’d the fit in the box.. which is heart breaking. I would’ve paid more for shipping to see they got here in better shape not what seems like forced into a box and packed with what ever was available to “make it work.” Thats is actually asinine that you think I deliberately broke them to get them in the box. Wow! Just wow! That is absolutely not something I would ever do. They left my hands all in one piece. I would normally apologize this happened but since you want to accuse me for something that wasn't true I won't. Packing around them may have sucked yes. Your money was refunded so if it was deliberate thing I did I would gave fought it and offered nothing. Im not even getting my money back from USPS. So I am the one really out here! Excellent communication and very responsive seller! My plants arrived healthy and matched the live auctions. Packaged with care and cute touches.
