The box got wet, and therefore it ripped in places. Basically one whole side was open. If more packing tape had been used I don't think this would have been an issue. Everything inside was wet!! Like literally wet. I put everything straight into the washer as I have no idea how long they have been wet. And worried they would start to mildew. I know the carrier was a big part of the problem, but I think it would not have been such a problem had the box been taped up better. Was sent the wrong jeans.
