Love Mae and her shows damaged items, seller refused to help, since she wants to put that I demanded anything feel free to ask for my proof of our conversation, she was hostile. only stated she would refund it after I started I put everything away and had no way of finding everything to return since I recieved orders before the damage. In Short you want $400 and return tangled but you don't want to retured the belle stained glass that valued $3000-$4000.. I offered a full refund of $1700 but you have to return all the items but you did not want to do it claiming you already put stuff away.. Was told the item on screen was NWOT and it was clearly used, the entire bag was filthy, even the straps. This seller admitted to knowing the bag was not good but sold it as new anyways.
