Reviews (110)Gorgeous gorgeous doll at a great price. Shipping was very fast and packed with plenty of bubble wrap, placed in a proper box, and bagged in a poly mailer to prevent rain damage. My only complaint is that the listing did not mention that the box was damaged from water and not just crushed. The doll arrived smelling like rotten cardboard but thankfully I was able to get it out thanks again. everything came just fine. bought knowing I would have to take these out of box anyway so completely happy with items. Love the seller’s show, personality, and the prices however my doll box didn’t have any protection in the shipping box which I was disappointed about. Seller didn’t take any time to package anything correctly which lead to damage to most items sent. Package came horribly trashed. Seller claimed they had bubble wrap since the previous items I got weren’t protected. My box came squashed and there was no bubble wrap inside. The damage of the item I got was terrible. It didn’t look too bad on the stream but once I received the item , I had no choice but to remove the doll from the box because it was so severely damaged. Yes I got this item for a steal , but that doesn’t mean that fragile items should be shipped without care. There’s so many people bidding 100+ dollars. You think they’d be able to use some of that to properly package their items. So unfortunate. Greats steals and deals but not so great packaging. Great deals yes, packaging does not reflect that at all. $200+ order where no bubble wrap or cushion to protect these boxes. Majority of the ever after high dolls were advertised as really good condition boxes. However some of my dolls came different condition once in transit due to lack of care to package these dolls. Unfortunately that’s where I dock points because it was advertised really great condition boxes and then arrived damaged than on stream Packing was very bad and doll was way more damaged than shown! I was planing on unboxing her anyway but would very disappointed with the expectation that she would arrive in the condition I thought… thank you for sharing this find with all of us Thank you Shibumi!!! Very fast shipping im so happy with my 5 girls I'm happy with what I ordered, but there was no protection for the items in a large box, which definitely resulted in the already damaged doll boxes being more damaged. The shipping label was also marked as the box being 19 pounds when it was at maximum 4 pounds. The seller really needs to put accurate weights when selling because it is costing both us and him so much more for shipping than it should be. My dolls arrived as described and I love them, but there was no packing material in the box. No bubble wrap, no paper.
