In my whole time buying and selling on WN I have NEVER experienced such a dishonest seller! I purchased a $60+ bag that arrived wet and damaged because the seller shipped it with no protective packaging. They admitted they didn’t use a bag because they “didn’t have one big enough,” which is unacceptable for ANY item you purchase. Sellers should ship items the way they would want to receive them.
When I requested a refund for the damaged bag, the seller denied responsibility, contradicted themselves, blamed the weather and me, and became hostile instead of resolving the issue.
This shows poor packaging, dishonesty, and unprofessional customer service. Anyone who buys and values their items should proceed with EXTREME caution as this seller does NOT value their buyers or productsI appreciate you sharing your experience and I’m sorry you were unhappy with the transaction. For accuracy, the total paid for this item including shipping was $44.87, not $60+. The bag was shipped in a sturdy box with bubble wrap and a shipping liner; it was not sent loose or unprotected. Unfortunately, I do not control USPS handling or weather conditions once a package is in transit.
When a refund was requested, I explained that the item would need to be returned in order to proceed, which is standard practice.
