Yet to test, but it has some scratches on the back and top, but not on screen. It’s a 2020 model with Battery health 87%. Also one type C port is non functional. Got charger with it but not original. Quality of product is 4 out of 5. keys are a little sticky but dtill a good deal Computer is fast. But during the live show, the seller said it came with Microsoft office. There is no Microsoft anything on it. No funciona pantalla llena de bulbuja his products are trash .why would you even sell something this beat up.you did not show this product in this condition.you are a thief .I want my money back !did not even contact us with any problems .... next time send a request so we can refund or help you out...... useless person here only mad The seller did not say this was a chromebook.says right on the description...Chrome os...... The package kept getting delayed, but I don't blame the seller for that. Unfortunately it doesn't have a power cord, so now I have to go find a proper charger before I can use my new laptop.
