I was disappointed because this purchase would have been perfect for her. When I did receive the box, it looked like it had been through the "wringer". The box was partially opened and it had holes/rips in the box. Thankfully none of the items were missing or broken. My box went from a TN facility to a CA facility, causing the delay. I know that once the box leaves the shops hands, it's out of their control. But I would have appreciated a message from the seller advising me of the delay, I had to reach out to this shop and there was no response.
