Reviews (71)love the design, but the instructions are missing missing instructions for set that was bought fast shipping,great product!! Great seller!!! Wasn’t happy with the packaging. Item was secured using packing tape. Had to remove sticky gunk from item. For $17, spend 10 cents and use bubble wrap or packing paper. Great products! Will definitely buy again I bought a brick head from him and it was missing a lot of the pieces required to build the set. The instructions provided were also really hard to follow and I had to use other parts to substitute the missing ones. I tried to reach out and try and fix this but i have yet to hear back. The shipping was fast though. Packaging and shipping was a 10/10 however once i opened up the sealed brickheadz, 2/3 i ordered were missing pieces or pieces were subbed with different colors. I emailed him as we were told and have gotten no response, granted it was 2 days. it came broken and I had to figure out how to rebuild with no instructions the purchace prosees was very good but my items came incomplete. my clone trooper can 100% intact but the Rex and jar jar were both misssing pieces. jar jar missing 1 and Rex missing around 8. I contacted the seller about it but never got a response. i am now left with 2 incomplete sets It was a good price but the product itself had missing pieces, substituted pieces, and extra added pieces that were not in the sets at all. I did reach out to the seller about it and he corrected it by sending the right pieces (I haven’t received it yet). Came with extra stickers so that was an nice little surprise, great show and great seller Perfect packaging thank you The packaging gave me a good laugh when I opened up this new order, very resourceful and great packaging The seller does not respond to resolving issues with orders purchased from them. The sets purchased from them are missing several parts and instructions to build. The seller does not appear to be interested in resolving these issues. This seller is a high risk of purchasing from.
