I’ve spent a good bit of money with this seller and had only just joined his show, simply curious about a single detail. I don’t believe this reaction was justified at all — it was very rude. I would take your money elsewhere to someone that appreciates it and doesn’t have an issue answering simple questions repeatedly if new people join the show. Very unprofessional. Giving 5 stars because I’ve never had an issue however just on this purchase, the label on the slab must be different because the residue stuck to the slab and I can’t get it off. Have tried washing it with warm water and hand sanitizer and still not fully off. A little frustrating. Hope it’s a one off issue. Still appreciate you guys.
