The seller claimed the router was brand new and in a factory-sealed box. However, the seller shipped the router in its box without any bubble wrap or additional packaging. They simply attached the shipping label to the factory box. The router I received was used, with scratches on the base and casing. It is missing a round base, router edge guide, and wrench. thanks for the givy , amazing giveaway's tools 🔧 👏 . My only complaint is the label used to tag the product for shipment later is a shipping label and a huge pain to get off the battery. Aside from that, shipped out quick, ship time was reasonable for the shipping price and the battery is as described. I have never won anything, when I got it it was dirty with grease all over it , like it was used for a car mechanic. I cleaned it up & put a battery in it doesn’t WORK!! I reached out several times to Angel to see if he can make right. He never responded …. Also they took off serial number plate on tool.
