Was told I had to ship back the order I had received incorrectly so when I had tried to return to sender it wouldnt work. Was given a shipping label that had 5 days to expire is what it had said, then expired after 1 day. Now I am out $40 & it has been an over all terrible experience. I have tried messaging the seller but haven't received any word back and I will not be buying from this seller ever againWe take every order concern seriously & want to clarify the facts for anyone reading this review. The dress referenced here was confirmed as received by the customer who actually purchased it. When this concern was reported, we immediately involved Whatnot to help resolve the issue. Whatnot provided a prepaid return label and offered a refund upon return of the item allegedly received in error. That item was never returned.
