Love my Mickey D pin, fun seller and amazing pin! Fast Shipping and packaging too! Loved hanging out in the show. Great pins. I received the wrong pin and reached out to the seller who set up a “pin exchange” without my approval. I ended up receiving my original pin from the person it was sent to, with expectation from the seller to print out a shipping label (on a printer I do not have) for him and mail out the wrong pin for him, with no compensation on the sellers end and again, without me agreeing to do any of this beforehand. Disappointed in how this mess up on the seller’s end was handled.I communicated with you honestly. I offered to send you another pin at a higher value and you clearly stated you wanted the exact pin that you paid for. I then arranged to do that for you. Yes there was a mistake on wrong pin sent but I was willing to take care of it. I paid for postage to both buyers that I had accidentally switched pins on. The other buyer printed the paid label I sent him and mailed you the correct pin. Any reasonable person would do the same. So sorry to hear that you are still disappointed especially now that you have yours and his pin. We did what’s right. thank you I love it very cool pin! Fantastic seller with awesome items!!!
