The only issue I experience was the tracking only showed that the label was created, it never showed it being in transit until after it actually arrived at my house, but that is a shipper issue, not a seller issue. The plate is beautiful. The nox was demolished in transit. There was not enough tape sealing the nox. It was partially open.
