This customer requested refunds on items that were simply not damaged, and received refunds on all 3 items they were distraught over.
Despite me explaining the mistakes on the part of the customer as to how an item was crafted, what the patterns included, etc., the customer was insistent on receiving refunds on items bought at yard sale prices.
I do not recommend working with this customer. Prospective customers are more than welcome to reach out with any questions regarding this review.
