Reviews (74)Lack of communication. I had a messaged since a product was left out from being delivered and had gotten one response and zero updates. I’m still left without a product. I’m not usually one to add bad reviews however the product I bought was the only thing left out.You gave me a day to reply? I have three children and a job! Whatnot is a hobby I do separately from my actual life, not my sole attention. You also didnt declare this item was missing until well over a week after delivery so you can understand id need to look back and investigate. Please be reasonable. Unfortunately the products that I received were not authentic so please be cautious when purchasing Gisou/hourglass/fenty. I did try to resolve this directly but felt there were a lot of excuses, and then I had no reply so I had to go through whatnot.
I understand I didn’t pay lots for the items, but I feel it’s important to be honest on my review for future buyers, fake products are dangerous and are not worth risking your health.
It’s happening too much on this app so transparency is key.
You were unable to provide me with any tangible reasons why you believed this. where as I was able to give clear reasons as to why you were incorrect in your assumptions. your refund was not accepted which is the reason you have left a bad review. A* seller!!! Highly recommend Good Items and as described in the live, thank you x I’m really disappointed with my order. This is clearly not the Riri 08 gloss from Fenty Beauty that I purchased. It looks like a completely different shade was sent instead. Ive looked at the video receipt and the colour was shown on screen multiple times while the auction was up. the colour of the item inside the box matches the colour shown on the top of the box. if your unhappy with the colour it was in person then that's out of my control. all items are sold as seen and you were shown it many times.
