If you rewatch the live stream, you’ll see the figures were in great condition before they were packaged. Unfortunately, once a package is handed over to USPS, I can’t control how it’s handled in transit. I understand how frustrating shipping damage can be, but it’s not something I have control over. I always do my best to package items securely and send them out in the condition shown on stream. I appreciate your understanding. Used set, can’t tell if all pieces are present, hopefully they are. I was under the impression the box was opened with bags unopened but everything is opened. However, all pieces felt and looked brand new to include all figs looked and felt brand new. Darth Vader was great, but the Yoda‘s head is pretty loose so I was wondering if you could send me like a new head or just a whole new figIf you watch the replay I showed the fig had a loose head sorry you were disappointed with the quality. came in, in good condition, everything is as shown, good community from seller!
