This is completely inaccurate. You received your order that was damaged while in USPS’s care, which I then refunded you a full amount. It was packaged very well but was handled very rough. The bottle came in with the cap partially unscrewed. Product was all over the bag. I am so sorry that happened! I have refunded you. I am so excited to use my new Aveda products.
