It’s came in poorly packaged smelled like cigarettes and seller didn’t accurate description of flaws I literally have never smoked a cig nor does anyone in my entire family/household. I do thrift some items and I do mention to wash them as I don’t wash them before sell.

This is completely inaccurate. You received your order that was damaged while in USPS’s care, which I then refunded you a full amount. It was packaged very well but was handled very rough. The bottle came in with the cap partially unscrewed. Product was all over the bag. I am so sorry that happened!
