I made a second purchase that did not arrive as expected. Communication was delayed, but the seller made it right. Overall I'm satisfied with my experience. BUT I was missing a clothing item completely and also given a wrong clothing item. It was even the wrong size. Lack of communication and trying to fix the issue was really a turn off. I was even willing to take different items. I had to ask for a refund for the missing items due to lack of communication, I was trying to get the issues resolved before posting my reviews. These are scrubs I need for work, and to not have what I need for work is frustrating. Thank u Jenn! FIGS are amazing! 🤩 Just as described for such a steal!
