Gooey banana bread OMG! I want to tell everyone that you need this bread. I'm not into sweets, but cannot pass on a snickerdoodle! This bread is absolutely delicious! Great job! Shipped in perfect condition! Can’t wait to try! The timing of the shipping was one thing, but it was truly underwhelming and horribly disappointing when it was received over a week later. the brownies were deceivingly smaller than what was expected, tasted better from a box and tough texture, and then the way it was packaged was so bad that it disintegrate in the bag since the top wasn't secured at all to the point that the Dubai topping was all over the other products and the shipping bag. the banana chocolate bread was also lackluster in flavor and overall dry. I feel ripped off with the price that was paid and also the time it took to receive it(and I know the seller will immediately point to the usps as the problem and that's partially true except you could ship them faster than just 1 day a week.) highly don't recommend. save your money. we try to ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid anything being held up over the weekend I repeat that over and over in the chat while live and everything was baked fresh so not sure what happened i dont usually get complaints I do apologize and will refund your order Everything was so 😋 yummy nice and moist. good delivery. they look good but I guess I have to bake them item received 6 days after purchase. All items received hard and likely stale. Not what I asked for with cinnamon rolls. Charged twice for shipping even though it went to same place.shipping was combined but uses breaks down per item based on weight but is actually one charge its hard to explain. I let everyone know every show that we ship out on Monday days to avoid the weekend so orders dont just sit over the weekend so I waited 2 days to ship it but everything was made fresh then frozen and shipped with insulated packaging and freezer packs. the post office isn't really reliable. the variety pack says one of each flavor listed and I didnt receive a message from you stating any request for a change i do apologize for any inconvenience we strive to do the very best The peach cobbler smelled great along with everything else from the previous order, but unfortunately wasn't able to eat any of it. The delivery was delayed by 5 days. The packages had leaked and everything was sticky and wet. I tried wiping it all off, but it didn't help. Ice packs all melted.The package had been marked fragile but was tossed on its side on my front porch which made things even worse. This had nothing to do with the seller. Everything had obviously been packaged carefully. All issues were caused by the postal service. everything was so good! my sister and I especially loved the brownies Chocolate cake with ganache was completely melted requesting a refund they came a few days late. The insulation for the cool was hot and the veins was dried out try to heat them and couldn't eat them please ring phone me thank you so muchmy apologies for the post office delay. I can't control that. Great packaging fast shipping chocolate cake was little dry overall good experience. Thanks support small streamers 💛 Great banana cake, smooth and creamy delicious. Thank you so much. Great packaging. The snickerdoodle bread is to die for. Absolutely amazing. So moist & flavorful! Everything was packaged so well & it handled shipping all the way to me in MI just fine. The cinnamon rolls are intelligently packed with the icing on the side.. ugh 😩 So yummy. & the money goes to a good cause, so there’s less guilt when ordering here. 10/10 will be back.
