Unfortunately, all the products that come from the seller are packaged with packing tape all over the products. The seller promotes these as you can buy for gifts, but you cannot give them as a gift because the labels come off with the tape or there is an enormous amount of residue left all over your purchase. The stickers with the number of sale are also put on the labels of the products. When you try to remove the small circles, they ripped the label as well.
I contacted the seller and was told that they do this to prevent spillage, and I should just use some kind of cleaner, and take my time, to wipe or scrub each product down and remove the residue. That is not the reason I purchased them, to take the time to clean them. I did attempt on one or two of the products and it still did not remove complete residue.
The seller made no attempt to resolve it with me other than to tell me how to clean my purchases. It’s too bad because the seller is sweet, but I contacted Whatnot. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to please everyone. I do, indeed, tape some of my items to prevent spills. I’ve actually have never had anyone complain that I secured their items too well.
I did respond to the buyer. I asked her to let me know which items she was referring to, so that I could help her further, and she never answered. Please always communicate if there is a problem.
