I won't rate you a 3 like I want to because I know how tough it can be to maintain a shop, especially a live shop. but please improve your packaging. the packing label was held on by two tiny pieces of tape, and one came off, it's lucky that the entire label wasn't ripped off. they make those labels in sticker form for a reason. buy a pack of 200 on Amazon for $20. also the cards inside were not properly padded so my QCR DARK MAGICIAN WAS DAMAGED. Its honestly not a big deal for me because I'm keeping it in my binder just to look pretty.
