Always excited to receive a package, fast shipping!!! The shipping is ridiculous. I paid full price and then 3 items later was charged 1.5 times more. The items were all in the same box and weighed under 3 pounds but I paid $25 in shipping. Otherwise they have nice products Hi Erica, sadly on whatnot we cannot control shipping prices they just bumped you from ground to priority due to how many were bought! I wish we could help you more as sellers but we use there integrated service that gives us generated labels for each customer! I am sorry as always I'm very pleased with my purchase. absolutely love the show the chat is amazing and so are the host. always make me laugh they always have great products and prices are amazing as well. Customer service is a thing, and honestly I tried to be as professional as possible and tried to make sure to do things so it wouldn’t affect ratings etc but was told I was hostile and that I was the only one with an issue regarding the product. None which was helpful. Processed a refund, thankfully but it just left a bad taste in my mouth which is unfortunate. Reading some negative reviews here I see that they honestly don’t take much accountability. Please remember your customers make you, your products define you, so make sure they’re happy and always check the products you send out. Mine wasn’t damaged in shipping it was clear it was that way when it was sent and it wouldn’t have been a big deal had I gotten a quicker and more professional response. Packaging was broken but other items were ok.Good afternoon, you sent us a photo of your hello kitty box which was damaged and then responded with well I see in your bio it says to message if it’s not worth 5 stars and some more negative stuff because we didn’t answer you quickly. Then when I answered you telling you we didn’t have the product and we can assist in a refund you got upset we didn’t have more to give you! You were very mean to us in the messages because we didn’t answer you quick enough while processing your refund! You were hostile and I didn’t enjoy it. I’m human with human feelings too
