The duck box was a little smashed, but nothing too major. My only disappointment was that I didn't receive the giveaway item I had won. I messaged the seller just to let them know. I wasn't necessarily expecting anything other than a response, but unfortunately never heard back. Overall, the purchase itself was fine, but the lack of communication and missing giveaway item was disappointing. Super sweet!
