I purchased the “Buy a Protein Shake” option because it was advertised as including “$100-$150 worth of luxury beauty/skincare.” Buyers were also told to message Jami to choose an LV sample shown as included with any purchase. I messaged her, received a response, selected a sample, but it was never included.
My order arrived 13 days later via USPS. Inside were a Victoria’s Secret hand wash, Hand in Hand body wash, one La Crème face mask, and one SooAE face mask. The Victoria’s Secret hand wash leaked because the cap was not secured before shipping, which does not appear to be USPS-related damage.
I contacted Jami three times over seven days regarding the missing sample and spilled product but never received a response. My disappointment is not only the lack of communication, but that the items received did not reflect the advertised “$100-$150 worth of luxury beauty/skincare.” I attempted to resolve the issue privately before leaving this review.i’ve been on vacation so I don’t know what you want me to do about something when I am out of town. I will be back in two days. Just beautiful ❤️. So so good and perfect size! Thank you Jamie❤️ Jami is one of the kindest, and most fashionable hosts on Whatnot. She knows luxury!
