I purchased a big lot from this seller (over $250 worth of figs). They were all described and shown as good condition. I was very excited for this order to come in. When I received the package, almost everything was damaged due to bad packaging. Almost every fig had an arm crack, a hairline crack, a torso crack, or worse. I tried reaching out before leaving a review to give the seller a chance to fix it, but when I said they probably got damaged in transit, they said it was “impossible” for items to get damaged in transit and accused me of scamming him. The seller showed no responsibility of trying to make it right by giving a partial refund or even saying sorry, but kept saying I was trying to scam him. Unreal. Extremely dissatisfied with this purchase.*SELLER BEWARE: DO NOT SELL TO THIS BUYER
I sold this guy many figs and was accused of selling him broken figs and he knows that my packaging wasn’t the issue because it never has been an issue in the past and figs don’t break in transit. Obviously a lie and I’m super upset with the buyer. Terrible experience. Seller failed to correctly show condition of figures on stream and I was shipped damaged goods (6 out of the 12 figures) that I payed nearly 200$ for. Seller shipped items in a ziploc bag in a mailer and the items were obviously damaged inside. When I messaged the seller he accused me of scamming and was dead set on it he refused to work it out with me. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLERYou said it all came damaged but when I go to your shop, it shows all the figs I sold you in MINT condition and NOT damaged
