Got a Suicune Entei legend set, the streamer mentioned some wear on the back of the card for the top half but it was creased and scratched, borderline damaged. None of that was mentioned. He showed the back half to quickly to really observe so I trusted his review, my fault for trusting. Having read other reviews, this seems to be a reoccurring issue with not mentioning damage. The packaging was by far the worst I have had anything shipped to me in, on this app. Two cards shoved in the same top loader, only top loaders, no ding defenders or anything used for package protection. Top loaders weren’t secured as cards were sneaking out of toploaders and could have gotten more wear as they were sticking out. Again another reoccurring issue when reading other reviews. Pleased with the zard but fell mislead with the legend cards, and the lack of protection for packaging for a $1000 purchase, is beyond baffling to me Dude....Oh Jay was fun to bid with and had some pretty nice cards with fair prices..Items were as described and shipping times were alright !! Thanks again and God bless!!!! I whipped the envelope open and the card was out of the top loader so I accident ripped the card. Maybe tape it next time so it’s safer? I would recommend that you do a better job showing the cards condition especially when they have creases. Bought a $230 card that had a crease. I watched the video and this wasn't disclosed. Attempted to communicate with the seller and they didn't answer my messages. I've bought hundreds on Whatnot and this is the first I have a bad experience.I’m so sorry for the inconvenience.
