I sent them photos of the bracelet, but I have not heard back from them yet. I realize that this is a no-return purchase, but when things start to get damaged in shipping (and that’s where I think this happened) then there’s a problem somewhere along the line. Anyways, I don’t think I can give this bracelet away as a gift because of the weird kink in it. Bummer.
I will say that everything else in this order is great, but because this is not a cheap item, I could only give you four stars due to what appears to have been a packaging/shipping problem. The small black boxes that the jewelry is packed in are often stuffed too full, which causes damage to the items inside. The padded envelope does not help when the box inside is overstuffed. That is what appears to have happened to this bracelet I purchased. I have never had a problem before. Please use common sense when packing fragile jewelry.
