Fast shipper, great customer service ( I asked to combine items to save on shipping, very fast reply). Items just as pictured, love them. I love everything I’ve bought from her!!💟 have sent messages to seller regarding my order and not receiving something I purchased. I know we all are busy and “life” but money is money. I also feel even though these were 7 brew items and everyone wants them. several of the pieces I ordered are really worn and show much sign of that. Yes, you did state they were worn and the one sweatshirt you did say had a bleach stain but other items looked really, really worn and I wouldn’t of paid what I did. I know it was a first show for you but as a buyer for years on here , I know you half to be very specific and call it for what it is. I spent over $300.00 and feel like for the price and quality I should of ordered off of the site. I would of rated better if you would communicate with me
regarding my missing 1/2 zip. Also, I received the shipment way later then expected and stated in your show and I know it’s not your fault but my package was ripped open as well. I didn’t even report or ask for $ back because I know that’s not on you. Stacie, I have extensively communicated with you from the get go. The item you are you are claiming that is missing is not in your order receipt or video receipts. I cannot send or refund an item that is not in your packing list. I have asked for a bank statement showing you were charged for the extra item you claim you are missing so that I am able to personally give you the money back if you were charged more than what is showing in the receipt from whatnot, and you have not provided that. I appreciate the feedback and apologize. Show was called preloved merch. Stated to bid responsibly. always five star ! thank you 😊 Great seller fast shipping well packed!
