☺️ thank you for buying and leaving a review xx disappointed with quality i understand preloved however bit dirty and the other teddy was 2 inches tall was expecting bigger. sales video doesn't show items as you go to get sold item when next one running then go back and focus on next sale. sales video has blacked out slots in parts of the video so don't see sold item. very disappointed 😞 hi tracey every item is checked and if dirty is cleaned before being sent and your item was checked by 2 people who thought it was fine. the teddies are shown when won and if it blacked out you should have made me aware whilst I was on show you didnt see it so I could show you like others do. Excellent, fast delivery. Lovely items. Also you could see what was available and you saw what you won and only paid £7 so if you are unhappy with a smaller prize I wouldn't recommend buying on a spin in the it future.
