Appreciated that she used a magnifying glass to show details of the beads. Free gift was nice and tailored to purchase, something I can use not just something she couldn't get rid of. I wish she had been more consistent in her labeling. Some had numbers, some had my name, some had nothing at all. It would have made my inventoring and cost calculations much easier. But with that said there were no issues with my order, so her process works and doesn't effect the order in any other way. Love everything I got and they were great deals! I am very happy with items.
