It is missing its size tag, so that also wouldn't be in brand new condition. I understood it was pre-owned but stating my opinion that I wouldn't classify this as brand new condition. It is unfortunate that you chose not to reach out to me and voice your disappointment with your item. It’s also unfortunate that you expected a pre owned item to be in brand new condition. I do my best to show items in detail and verbalize what I see and note with those items. If you were disappointed with an item I would have been happy to accept a return on it.
