The box was filled with all the loose items from my purchase and there was a big hole in the side of the box that was poorly taped back up with usps packing tape. Despite the poor packaging, it seems like everything was there except instructions for constructing the swing. Shipping was delayed by one day. Which is not fault to the seller. Everything arrived today and new in the box as mentioned in the show. No complaints here. 😁😁😁 Love coming to them for all my needs! Fastest shipping ever! We live across the country from each other and I received this package before I received an order that was coming from the next state over. Lol.
