I purchased a bottle of Clinique moisturizer that had been emptied and refilled with baby lotion, an eyelash curler that had hair and makeup on it, and a water flosser that was missing parts, making it unusable. Note that all of these items were ran as “new”. All were in boxes but had clearly been either used/tampered with, then placed back in the box. I reached out to the seller and no remedy was offered.
