One of my plates I received was shattered :( She wrapped them really really well individually but i think maybe the box was a little small for it and maybe pushed on the plate since the packaging was so thick and maybe that’s why it was broken? She had a fragile sticker on the box and the box was in perfect condition so that’s the only reason i can think of for why the plate may have shattered. I’m so sorry your plate arrived shattered! We’ve unfortunately had some issues recently with USPS not handling our packages as carefully as we would hope, even though we do our best to package everything securely. I hate that this happened to your order. I would be more than happy to issue you a refund if you’d like. Again, I’m so sorry about this! Items arrived perfect. Packaged securely. Great seller.
