Very disappointed Item was new without tag; item was same as description not what you thought it was ; I offered for you return item and you never responded back : sorry you felt the need to block me and unhappy with the Stanley that was exactly what was posted sent it was a new without tag item also which I post exact cup in listing and description and you thought it was a different one than what you purchased and sent out less than 24 hours after purchase .
