Boxes were missing flavor inserts. The ice machine didn’t work. Tried to work out an arrangement for something of equal value and ended up paying for it. Supposed to put extra items in box to help. Nothing extra was given. Problem was not resolved. one of the items was used, cut up and damaged. I contacted seller to make them aware and was told it would be replaced, I offered to send pictures and item back but was told not necessary.
