Overall decent purchase especially considering the low price darth_batman, I'm not sure what you expected, but it's impossible for any figure that's assembled to be considered new. The listing said it was in "like new condition", which means it's not new and it's not worn/used. There was zero damage on it and the figure was perfect. If you're unhappy with the pristine figure you were sent, I'd be happy to issue a refund and you mail it back to me to remove this subpar review rating. Welcome back old man!!!
