You advertise your products as genuine, high-quality items, but once they arrive, the quality can be underwhelming. Many of these same types of products can be found on sites like DHgate or AliExpress for a fraction of the price—and without having to deal with the constant attitude, arguments, and unprofessional behavior displayed on the lives.
A low starting bid does NOT give a business an excuse to disrespect its customers. Customer service should be part of the business model, regardless of whether someone spends $9 or $900.
Honestly, I’m glad I was blocked. I received my merchandise, so there’s nothing more I need from this seller. At this point, I simply choose to spend my money with businesses that value their customers, communicate professionally, and understand that how you treat people is importance!This buyer kept harassing us just because of we cancelled a $9 item which was broken and unable to use(we don't have another one available). We have to cancel an order if we found the product is imperfectly made before shipment. You did get a FULL refund at this situation. This type of buyers should be banned from WN.
