I was missing a total of two broaches, but did not bother filing for 1. a lot of my purchases were out of the bin and had multiple numbers applied to them. I literally had to compare all of the items to ensure what was received and what not was not and the numbers that were on the packages was not the same as either of the numbers that the order was under it was a little bit confusing..
