Contacted seller, but no response, that’s the only reason I am leaving a bad review for a giveaway. They could have at least responded and said there was nothing they could do. Did not receive package again makes twice I have not received This seller is amazing. I highly recommend buying from them.

Honestly, I love it. For the prices on bid, everything is excellent. Thank you so much for a very generous givy. These never showed up, but thank you for the opportunity. I was thrilled to receive my earrings, but to my dismay, they were significantly smaller than the live video showed. One of the earrings was even slightly bent. Despite reaching out to the sellers over two weeks ago, I haven’t received a single response. This lack of customer care is concerning. They need to improve that department to build trust with their customers. Additionally, if they’re using a magnifying lens on the camera, it should be clearly stated to avoid any hidden surprises or confusion. On a positive note, I believe they fun and knowledgeable during the live show. However, the aftercare process is where the issue lies.
