I did receive everything but one of my funky pup packs I received all the pups are dirty and are stained. This might have just been a packaging issue still super thankful for everything! I did notice a few had what looked like some smudging, I assumed it was just a little rub off from the boxes in shipping. You may try a little dawn dish soap and warm water. :-) if it can save ducks maybe it can save your pups. A+++ Seller.
